When a difficult decision needs to be made
– you don’t have to face it alone.

For me, consultations are a space where you can pause, name what is difficult and plan the next step. I bring two worlds into this work at once: the experience of a researcher and pedagogue, and many years of practice within institutions, local governments, organisations and social projects – from local activity centres and the Wild Ones Base to integration programmes.

I work with companies, public offices, NGOs, cultural institutions and parents – wherever relationships, wellbeing, responsibility and the safety of children and adults are at the centre.

What sets my consultations apart

I combine systemic and human perspectives

I look simultaneously at procedures, structures and documents, and at the emotions, relationships and everyday realities of the people affected by them.

I work with specifics

Instead of general advice – situational analysis, practical examples and solutions tailored to your context.

I know institutions “from the inside”

For years I have worked at the intersection of academia, local government, organisations and local projects – I understand what teams truly face on a daily basis.

I prioritise the safety of children and adults

Child safeguarding, staff wellbeing, clear rules and firm boundaries are always at the centre.

Forms of collaboration

  • individual consultations (online / in person)
  • team meetings (HR, CSR, management, specialist teams)
  • intervention sessions in difficult or conflict situations
  • ongoing advisory support (e.g., when implementing standards, procedures or programmes)

Companies

CSR, HR and working with clients in difficult or conflict situations I support companies that want to act responsibly and care wisely for their teams. I help with: • designing CSR activities that genuinely support children, families and local communities, • building parent- and caregiver-friendly policies, • training frontline staff to work with “challenging clients”: regulating tension, protecting personal boundaries, communicating in conflict situations, • supporting HR and leaders in responding to crises within teams.

Public offices and local government institutions

I work with local governments and municipal units on: • designing public consultations and participatory processes, • involving residents (including children and young people) in decisions about space, revitalisation, education and integration, • planning actions within local development and social responsibility. I help organisations move from “box-ticking consultations” to genuine dialogue that strengthens, rather than divides, the community.

Non-governmental organisations (NGOs)

Fundraising, capacity building and designing activities Having led an NGO myself for many years, I understand project-based work, financial pressure, team burnout and the responsibility for people. In consultations I can help you: • organise your development strategy – from the “here and now” to the longer horizon, • plan fundraising: how to talk about your work, how to design applications and partnership offers, • support your team (burnout, crises, role division, communication), • transition from one-off projects to stable programmes and places.

Cultural institutions

Sensitive content, child protection standards, working with diversity I support cultural institutions that: • work with children, young people, families or vulnerable groups, • address difficult themes (violence, migration, war, exclusion, memory, social conflict), • want to implement or update child protection standards and response procedures, • seek ways to involve children and young people in co-creating the programme. I help translate sensitivity and care into concrete practice: communication language, rules of work, procedures and team preparation.
