I deliver training that begins with relationships — because relationships are the key to effective education and real change. My work is grounded in empathy, attentiveness and a partnership-based approach with both adults and children. I centre wellbeing, curiosity, belonging and meaningful action. I show how to create environments in which people can be themselves, work at their own pace and learn without pressure, in a climate of respect and understanding. Together with my team, I work with the diversity of temperaments, learning styles and needs — always individually, without labels, based on trust and collaboration.

What sets my training apart
Forms of delivery
The pedagogy of bell hooks
I teach through care, social engagement and authentic relationships. I show how education can be an act of freedom, empathy and responsibility. I strengthen dialogue skills, critical thinking and the ability to work within a community.
Learning through movement and nature
I use outdoor, sensory and somatic methods: micro-expeditions, mindfulness practices in nature, elements of forest therapy, and movement and experience as tools for regulation and learning.
Learning through action and co-creation
My training includes project-based work, field tasks, group collaboration and scenarios based on real cases. I focus on empowerment — building confidence, agency and autonomy.
I teach how to respond in interactions with demanding clients, de-escalate tension, conduct conversations in a firm yet calm and professional manner, and effectively protect personal boundaries in difficult situations.
I show how to build understanding in teams composed of people with different temperaments, experiences and cultural backgrounds; how to prevent misunderstandings; and how to create an environment based on respect and cooperation.
I support the development of dialogue, shared responsibility and resident engagement, helping to build lasting neighbourly relationships and effective collaboration mechanisms in local communities.
I teach how to recognise the sources of conflict, offer safe support in crisis situations, conduct mediation and develop solutions that respect the emotions, needs and boundaries of all involved.
I provide practical knowledge and tools for building safe environments for children and young people, implementing procedures and meaningfully applying child safeguarding standards in institutions and organisations.
I strengthen parents in building relationships grounded in closeness, trust and clear principles, teaching how to set boundaries, support a child's independence and, at the same time, maintain their sense of safety.
